General Conditions
- Low quality/illegible original documents will extend the time taken to complete
the work.
- Estimates are provided to the best of our ability following the initial consultation.
- The final fee will be based on the actual project costs; should there be a difference
of greater than 20% between the estimated and actual costs, the client will be consulted prior to completion.
- The client assumes full responsibility for the proof-reading and accuracy of
accepted work; Netfirm Designs will not be responsible for any errors or omissions found thereafter.
Payment Terms
Unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon with Netfirm Designs, clients are subject to the following terms:
- All accounts are due within 7 days from the date the invoice is issued.
- Local clients – for fees totaling $125.00 or less, payment is due on delivery.
- Interstate clients – a 25% deposit is required, with the balance due on
completion.
- International clients – a 50% deposit of the quoted total is required in
advance, with the balance due on completion.
- Accepted payment methods include – business, personal, and bank cheques
(returned cheques will be charged for), money orders, direct deposits into our business bank account, or Pay Pal.
- Overdue accounts may be subject to a $15.00 charge.
Delivery Terms
- Completed projects will be delivered by e-mail, facsimile, on a CDR, or other
method as agreed with the client.
- Back-up copies will be retained by prior arrangement only.
- There will be no charge for e-mail delivery, which will be virus-checked prior
to transmission.
- There will be no charge for standard deliveries within Australia.
- Non-standard postage will be charges at current Australia Post rates.
- Other delivery methods, including courier charges, will be charged at the clients’
expense.
- Delivery is Free if delivered within the Sorrento area;
additional travel will be charged at 25 cents per km.
- Pick-up only by prior arrangement.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Information & details given to Netfirm Designs by clients will be handled with the utmost discretion and
will not be used in anyway without prior consent. There may be times where Netfirm Designs must contact clients
regarding assignments that have been outsourced. Only then will personal information be used.
